Free Home Page Service Changes
In an effort to make the free service viable for the existing, active
subscribers, we made the following changes.
- We are
no longer accepting subscribers for free home page space at
Off-Road.com.
All existing subscribers whom have kept their pages current with
updates
since September 1, 2001 will not be affected by this change.
- Private
use by individuals allows for 25 Megabytes of storage. This is an
increase
from 10 Megabytes.
- Private
use by non-profit organizations allows for 50 Megabytes of storage.
This
is an increase from 10 Megabytes
Groups in this category must hold a tax exempt tax status and
should be able to provide this data to us on request.
- Accounts
that been left dormant, without update or change since September 1,
2001
will be deleted from our server as of
October 1, 2002.
- Accounts
over disk quota where we cannot contact the subscriber due to
inactive
email accounts will be deleted as of October 1, 2002.
- Accounts
found to contain copyright software, music or video files will be
canceled
and all files deleted without notice.
- Accounts
used for personal storage space of files that are not OHV related are
subject to cancellation after notification to move the files off of
the
server under the timelines of this notice.
- Email
service will be disabled for accounts found to have unattended
incoming
email spools over 500kbytes in size. Remember, you must delete all
mail
once retrieved from our servers.
