

Miami Motorcycle Trails consist of 60 miles of year round roads and trails
for dirtbikes and ATV's on the Sierra National Forest. The area offers trails
in the low to moderate difficulty range, and a few short sections with high
difficulty range. All trails have a maximum vehicle width of 40 inches.
All trails are open to 2-way traffic and are also used by hikers and horseback
riders (how else do ya ride a horse??).
Within an hour drive from Fresno north on Hwy 41, are two staging areas:
Kamook and Lone Sequoia. Kamook Staging area is located 6 miles north of
Oakhurst just 3/4 of a mile off of the 41 (look for the 4000ft elevation
sign on the right, the entrance will be on your left just a little ahead.).
Lone Sequoia is 8 miles north of Oakhurst and 1 1/4 miles off of the 41.
Vegetation in the area is predominately mixed pine forest with some areas
of dense brush.
Rainfall varies between 50 and 60 inches per year with the wettest season
occurring generally between October and April.
Improper use of Off-Highway Vehicles damage resources on these public lands.
Preserve your riding privilege. The OHV rider/driver must assume responsibility
for proper vehicle use.
Sanitation facilities are available.

Private Land: The entire area is surrounded by private land. Private
land owners have forbidden the use of their land by OHVs, please respect
their wishes!! Not doing so could close or restrict the area.
