The Range Rover is my main off road truck. It is becoming more and more modified as time goes on, and is now a stark contrast of its former self! Its a New Zealand new 1986 EFI
Vogue, done 140,000 miles, and is an absolute pleasure to drive, especially off road. |

- 31x10.5 Hankook RT01 Dynamic Mud Terrains fitted to 15x7 white spoke wheels.
- ARB rear locker.
- PolyAir air springs.
- Stainless braided brake lines.
- Koni shock absorbers.
- Custom built front bull bar incorporating Warn 9000i winch and steering arm protector.
- Custom rear bull bar and fuel tank protection.
Custom swing-a-way wheel carrier.
- Custom side bars with full length rock sliders.
- Stainless steel snorkel.
- Uniden Grant CB with Pacific Aerials 1/4 wave aerial.
- Hella Rallyeye 2000 spot lights.
- 100mm suspension lift.
The suspension lift is achieved utilising:
- 40mm lift King springs
- 60mm lift blocks
- reset front radius arms
- repositioned rear shock mounts
- lengthened brake lines
- modified front drive shaft incorporating a double knuckle CV joint on the gearbox end
- removal of the self levelling unit

My Wish List:
- Long travel shock absorbers (the design has already been done).
- Full length roof rack complete with night safari side and rear lighting.
- Revised rear storage unit to incorporate my 12v fridge and sliding drawers.
- Chassis mounted stainless steel water storage tanks for camping.
- Second battery (not sure where I will fit it).
- Sealed protection for the EFI unit under the drivers seat.
