You'll have to patch or re-skin the door.  New door skins are NOT available!  What do do? t_DOOR014.jpg (6656 bytes) Here's the door lock/latch.  All those rods have to be straight, not bent or weak.  The slides have to be lubed.  I spray the latch with Carb spray and relube with heavy grease

t_DOOR006.jpg (8074 bytes) I wasn't lucky.  I drilled out the head and then drilled a pilot hole in the bolt shank.  Then I enlarged the hole and used an "Easy Out" to remove the remaining shank material. t_DOOR008.jpg (6181 bytes) The easiest way to remove the outside skin is to zip it off with an pneumatic cutter.  It cuts through the door skin like butter.
